Swift Borough

The story

Swift Borough is the latest addition to the Swift family, opened in Autumn 2022 on Borough High Street. It is a two-storey cocktail bar with an upstairs aperitivo bar and a downstairs drinking den called The Back Pocket. Inspired by its proximity to Borough Market, it uses seasonal ingredients in its drinks. They have a Happy Hour Sunday to Thursday before 6pm with cocktails from £7. Dogs are welcome and they have a 21 and over policy, with no sports strips, stag or hen parties allowed.
